Let the adventure begins~
It's the first day of our big plan, that is to conquer 3/5 of Sabah. Finally, glad to be out of KB after 10 weeks there. With our Captain, YB Lawrence's guide. We blasted off 9 in the morning, stopping at Kota Marudu for some breakfast and changing tires.
Sight-seeing at KM and a little photo snapping will do.
Now, to our primary destination, Tanjung Simpang Mengayau also known as The Tips of Borneo.
It's the most northern part of borneo where the Sulu and South China sea meets.
The sky is extra clear that day. We arrived around 1pm where the sun was directly above our head.
Heard the sunset is very beautiful here. Should check it out later.

From here, we can see a small island with a big lighthouse on it.

Okay, time to go. Next up, take a stroll around Kudat.
I was so excited that I forgot to take any picture from Kudat.
At least I captured the "Goodbye, come again" Kudat sign from the car. Haha~
Then, we stop by at a Rungus longhouse. They were really friendly. Not exactly too much differences from an Iban longhouses but there are a few though.
Ever seen a corn that big? Haha~
Back at KM again, found a Bazaar Ramadhan and buy some dinner there. BTW, it's the last day of fasting.
The day after this is Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Mr Faiq aren't going home due to some problems. Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya to him~ :)
