Week 12: Cooking with precision~

Our time at IPS is nearing to an end, let's take home some recipes. In the 12th week of our internship, we spent our time in the Food Processing Unit. Let's begin!

You'll need all of these to bake doughnuts banana cakes~

But first, make sure you're all cleaned up.

Mmmm.. Yummy..

The cupcakes really smells good.

We also learned the methods of processing "tapai" a.k.a fermented rice.

Soybeans.

The bottle caps need to be immersed in a hot water to disinfect it.

This is the traditional method of obtaining the juice of soybean.

And this is the modern way. It's faster and easier.

We also learned to processed starfruit jam and "seri kaya pandan".

We learned many things during our stay at the Food Processing Unit. Thanks for having us here.
