Week 5: Interaction Week between the students of Agriculture Training Centres all over Sabah~

In Bahasa Malaysia: Minggu Interaksi Pelajar Pusat-Pusat Latihan Jabatan Pertanian Sabah. Organized by the Sabah Ministry of Agriculture. This is a big event held annually. This week, we were appointed as the judges for the track and field games. It's an honour.

This week, 4 of my coursemate from UPM that are doing their internship at Integrated Agriculture Training Centre of Penampang, Mr Salleh, Mr Siddiq, Miss Hajar and Miss Amira is staying here in IPS. It's been a long time since we last met and that is April 2010.

Ready for duty. Waiting for the Director of Agricullture of Sabah, the VVIP to arrive. Like the shirt and the cap? We get them free for being the judges from IPS. ;)

There he is. Special treatment for the VVIP. Someday, maybe someday, I'll be able to be in his shoe. (Daydreaming~)

IPS Citrullus Lunatus, the seniors.
And below is IPS Oryza Sativa, the juniors.
C'mon IPS!!

Vocational Agriculture Training Centre Lahad Datu in their shiny yellow uniform.
Aiming for gold I see.

Agriculture Training Centre Ulu Dusun's contingent are all pumped up!
You have been warned.

Agriculture Training Centre of Lagud Sebrang looks tough in their orange uniform.
And they looks fierce too. Careful.

Agriculture Training Centre Damai is not to be looked down on.
They could make an upset.

And last but not least, the spirited Integrated Agriculture Training Centre Penampang.
They are not here just to take part, but to take the glory.

Let's take a pic under the emblem of all the Agriculture Training Centres here. Nice huh?

9 UPM students doing their internship in Sabah, but only 1 are truly Sabahan. haha~

Games during the day, entertainment during the night. These gong players is not just some random gong players, they are the staff of IPS that includes the Principle and other important peoples. Let's make sure the old heritage of our ancestor is not forgotten, okay people?
Beside this gongs, all sort of activities had been carried out in the night. Karaoke, singing, band playing, caroms tournament, ping pong and there are food stalls everywhere.
Very good way to meet new friends too. Hey, ladies~ :P
This is a picture of a horse I found here in Kota Belud. It's not like I get to see a horse live in front of me back in Sibu, so it's pretty much amazing for me. Here in KB, I get to stumbled upon horses pretty much everyday. For your information, Kota Belud is known as Kota Koboi of Sabah. That means Cowboy Town in English.

This week has been a wonderful experience. Make new friends, meet old friends, taking part in a big event and working together to make it happen. I learnt a lot.
